The bioreactor is a manufactured device or method used to grow cells within it. The bioreactor can also be described in three distinct forms or based on three distinct applications, such as producing the various products known as the creation-based bioreactor, producing the cells, and known as the cell-based bioreactor. The third type is that it is used to produce the tissue, so it is known as the tissue-based bioreactor.
To measure the changes in the growth of organisms using the Arduino board and display it on the screen with the help of IoT. To perform the chemical reactions which are used in many applications sectors such as medicine and research etc. Here, we demonstrate that the growth of microorganisms is monitored using a glass container and we use low-cost and better-quality components.
Various types of sensors are used in this system, such as temperature sensors, pH sensors, and Ethanol sensors. Using these sensors, various environmental parameters are sensed, monitored, and controlled accordingly. To observe the minute changes or growth of organisms inside the bioreactor Internet of things (IoT) is used. For IoT we use Thingspeak platform. Bioreactors are a general class of gadgets that streamline a natural cycle and are used in bioprocessing and tissue design areas. We are evaluating different technologies that are applied in the Bioreactor in this current manuscript.
