Vrushali Sanjay Sule is a 2021 graduate from the K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering with a bachelor of technology degree in electronics engineering. Currently, she is working as a Research Assistant at the Ninad Research Lab in Thane, Maharashtra. Her position at the lab requires her to assist Dr. Ninad Mehendale in research in various fields.
Before working as a research assistant, she developed an embedded system to automatically segregate medical waste using computer vision under the guidance of Dr. Ninad Mehendale. She is currently working on detecting defects in fruits and vegetables using multispectral imaging at the lab.
Her fields of interest are embedded systems, machine learning, deep learning, image processing, and robotics. She has experience working with the Raspberry Pi and also with programming languages such as C/C++, Python, embedded C, Matlab, and MySQL.
